Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original box, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes once opened or used (except cases stated below)
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

🧴 Perfume Quality Exception

Although perfumes are generally non-returnable once opened, an exception may apply if a quality issue is proven.

• The perfume is defective or damaged
• The scent is abnormal or significantly different from its original composition
• The longevity or performance is inconsistent with the manufacturer’s specifications

All returned perfumes will be reviewed and inspected by our team to verify the reason for return. Once confirmed, the product will be replaced or the customer will receive a refund, depending on the evaluation outcome.

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear evidence (photos or videos).

⚠️ This policy does not apply to personal preference, skin chemistry differences, or environmental factors.
